This is the prelude to the crystal surface treatment of stone. The main principle is that you use a pressed grinding block made of inorganic acid, metal oxide and other substances, and then cooperate with the pressure of the mechanical grinding disc, high-speed grinding force, friction heat, and the effect of water to perform physical and chemical reactions on the relatively smooth marble surface, thereby forming a new bright crystal layer. This crystal layer has super bright and clear luminosity, which can reach 90-100 degrees. The surface and bottom layers of the stone are completely combined into a whole, and there is no separation layer.
Marble grinding polishing:
The polished marble has high luminosity, high clarity, wear resistance, stepping resistance, and is not easy to scratch. It is the real embodiment and value extension of the stone’s use function. In addition, after crystal surface treatment, the stone surface molecules are denser and the glossiness is significantly improved, making the stone surface brighter and more noble.
The marble after polishing has a relatively low glossiness, is not clear, and is very fuzzy.
This is a step after marble cleaning. Its essence is to cover the newly laid stone (polished board) with a thin coating material made of acrylic resin and emulsion polymerization, which is what we often call water wax or floor wax. Then use a high-speed, low-pressure polishing machine and a fiber pad to rub the stone surface to make the resin coating brighter. This layer of resin wax film does not have a chemical reaction with the stone itself. Just use a blade to gently cut the wax film on the stone surface.
Marble waxing polishing:

After a period of time, the marble that has been waxed and polished needs to have the old wax layer removed. Wax remover water is needed, and the construction needs to be carried out over a large area at the same time. Local construction should not be carried out, because color difference will occur on the surface if local construction is carried out.
