How to use electroplated diamond polishing pads

1. Attach the electroplated diamond polishing pad to your chosen polishing equipment such as angle grinder or polisher.
2. Set your desired speed and apply the pad to the surface you wish to polish.
3. Start with a coarse grit electroplated rough polishing diamond pad, such as 60 grit, until all of the deeper scratches are removed.
4. Increase the grit of the electroplated diamond polishing pad gradually as the shine begins to appear. Use 100 or 200 grit until the surface is even, then switch to 400 or 600 grit.
5. Finish with a very fine grit diamond polishing pad, such as 800 or 1000 grit, to achieve a glossy, crystal-like finish.
